»Wood Wide Web«

Wood Wide Web ist eine Kombination aus Wurzeln und Pilzen. Auf diese Weise sind einzelne Pflanzen und Bäume durch ein unterirdisches Netzwerk miteinander verbunden: eine komplexe und kollaborative Struktur, die als Wood Wide Web bekannt geworden ist, ein lebendes System, ähnlich dem System des Menschen. Paulas Kompositionen erwecken all diese Verbindungen zum Leben, die sich unter der Erde zwischen den Pflanzen abspielen, in einem ständigen Tanz des Gebens, Empfangens, Helfens, Zerstörens, und die das System im Gleichgewicht und die gesamte Natur in Harmonie halten.

Wood Wide Web is a combination between roots and fungi. In this way, individual plants and trees are joined to one another by an underground network: a complex and collaborative structure that has become known as the Wood Wide Web, a living system, similar with the system of human beings. Paulas compositions bring all this interconnections to life that are happening underground between the plants, in a continous dance of giving, receiving, helping, destroying, but making everything possible to keep the system in balance and the entire nature in harmony.
